November 2025 Heaven Descending Day Dharma Assembly Successfully Concluded
In Commemoration of the Buddha, for the Long Abiding of the Sacred Dharma, and in Gratitude for the Kindness of All Mothers

• The Sādhana of Buddha Shakyamuni
• The Sixteen Arhats Practice
• Amitāyus – The Vajra Garland of Longevity
On this most auspicious occasion, the monastic sangha successfully completed the practices of The Sādhana of Buddha Shakyamuni, The Sixteen Arhats, and The Vajra Garland of Longevity of Amitāyus. Offerings to the Sangha were also made on the day of the ceremony, enabling both sponsors and practitioners to accumulate vast merit, purify obscurations and negative karma, and establish an indestructible connection with the Buddha throughout future lifetimes.
In particular, through prayers and supplications to the Sixteen Arhats, the sacred Dharma may be protected and the wheel of Dharma continue to turn unceasingly in this world.
The Vajra Garland of Longevity is a unique treasure teaching of the Pema Lingpa tradition, revealed by Guru Padmasambhava as a profound practice connected with the attainment of the deathless longevity vidyādhara. This sacred practice is especially performed to increase longevity, merit, and blessings for oneself, one’s family, and especially one’s parents.
