三、餐飲與住宿：
住宿：請自行安排Horizon度假村住宿。
餐飲：主辦單位提供法會當天餐券一張(如下方說明)，其餘餐飲請自行安排。
四、法會護持金：(以下方案三選一)
A. 只參加3/22《普巴金剛灌頂與儀軌開示》台幣1300元
(提供自助"晚餐"券一張）
B. 只參加3/23《蓮花空行作明佛母灌頂與儀軌開示》台幣1300元
(提供自助"午餐"券一張）
C. 全程參加二場灌頂與儀軌開示 台幣2600元
(提供3/22自助"晚餐"券一張、3/23自助"午餐"券一張）
備註：所有報名繳費一經繳交恕不退費及轉讓。

報到地點：度假村大會議廳2樓門口
報到時間：

報到後領取憑證與餐券即可入場。

※已報名參加本次二階閉關的師兄，配戴閉關名牌即可入場，請勿重複報名。

09:00～12:00 Grand Tsok for the successful completion of retreat (Open to Public)
13:00～13:30 On-site registration
14:00～16:00 Vajrakilaya Empowerment
16:30～18:30 Teachings on the Sadana of Vajrakilaya
3/23 (Sun)
09:00～09:30 On-site registration
10:00～12:00 Pema Dakini Kurukulle Empowerment
14:00 ～16:30 Teachings on the Sadana of Pema Dakini Kurukulle
3. Meals and Accommodation:
Accommodation: Please book and arrange your own stay at Horizon Resort.
Meals: The organizer will provide one meal voucher for the day of the event (as explained below). Please make your own arrangements for all other meals.
4. Support fee (choose one of the following three options):
A) Attending only 'Vajrakilaya Empowerment and Teachings' on Mar 22 -
NT$1,300 (includes one buffet dinner voucher)
B) Attending only 'Kurukulle Empowerment and Teachings' on Mar 23 -
NT$1,300 (includes one buffet lunch voucher)
C) Attending both empowerments and teachings on Mar 22 and 23 -
NT$2,600 (includes one buffet dinner voucher for Mar 22 and one buffet lunch voucher for Mar 23)
Note: All registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable once paid.
