近代藏地大圓滿諸多傳承中，流傳最廣大者乃《龍欽寧體》，此乃吉美林巴尊者由強大信心祈請，連續三次親見龍欽巴尊者本智之身，由獲得尊者本智之身之加持，所取出之密意伏藏，乃龍欽巴尊者之心髓，因此稱為「龍欽寧體」，匯集廣大之《七寶藏論》；以及甚深之《四支寧體》於一之精華。
而此《中有願文．一密意海》乃龍欽寧體著名之五大願文之一，其中由淺入深講說四轉念修心乃至大圓滿究竟解脫之關鍵，無論是立斷解脫之臨終中有；抑或頓超解脫之法性中有皆在其中，是大圓滿修持者必備之日課。
並且，此願文亦包含菩薩道之遷識。對共通修持者而言，此願文亦是聞解脫，念誦此文迴向臨終之親友，亦可幫助使其解脫中有怖畏，並與大圓滿結緣之故，將能迅速證悟童子瓶身之果位！

The text “A Prayer to the Bardo—The Ocean of One Taste” is one of the five renowned aspirational prayers of the Longchen Nyingtik. From foundational contemplations that turn the mind toward Dharma, all the way to the key points of the Great Completeness (Dzogchen) and its ultimate liberation, this prayer elucidates the entire path in a gradual yet profound manner. Whether referring to liberation through the practice of Tregchö (cutting through) during the bardo of dying, or liberation via the practice of Thögal (Crossing Over) during the bardo of Ultimate Reality, all essential principles of the path are contained within it. For practitioners of the Great Completenss, it is an indispensable daily practice.
Moreover, this prayer includes the bodhisattva practice of transference of consciousness. For those engaging in common Mahāyāna practices, this text also carries the blessing of “liberation through hearing.” Reciting it and dedicating its merit to those in the final stages of life can help dispel fear in the bardo and create a powerful Dharma connection with Dzogchen, enabling them to swiftly attain the youthful vase-body realization.
This time, His Holiness Gangteng Tulku Rinpoche, in the midst of his extremely busy schedule and out of great compassion for the fortunate disciples, will for the first time confer the oral transmission and teachings on this precious prayer. We sincerely invite all faithful practitioners to seize this rare and auspicious opportunity.
