Guru Rinpoche and Dakini Day Tsog Offering

【Benefits of Tsog Offering】
In Vajrayana Buddhism, "achievements through aggregation" refers to the powerful merit generated when individuals come together with a shared intention to purify negative karma and make collective vows. This collective effort produces significantly stronger results than individual practice alone.
The 10th day of both the waxing and waning moon (the 25th day of the month) is important as it marks Padmasambhava's accomplishments for the benefit of beings and the gathering of ḍākinīs in the 24 supreme realms. This day also commemorates Padmasambhava's descent into the southern continent, riding on sunlight and rainbows. Additionally, the 10th day is believed to enhance the channels and vital points in the body. Performing offerings on this day yields great merit and is essential for purification and fulfilling vows. Monthly offerings on the 10th day are crucial, and gathering for communal practice on these auspicious days significantly amplifies the benefits.
Given the busy nature of modern life, many practitioners wish to participate in communal practices but struggle to find time. Donations made on behalf of oneself or loved ones can also help accumulate merit. Even small offerings to the Three Jewels can lead to substantial merit, much like how "the ocean is made up of drops of water."

The offering for participation is TWD 3,000 per unit per year (includes fresh flowers, fruits, nectar, candies, and lights). Each unit can dedicate to "one family member." All participants will receive special dedications during the monthly Guru Rinpoche and Dakini Day Tsog held by the center in 2026 lunar year.
